All veterinary requirements are to be met. This includes annual "shots" for the common feline diseases such as calicci, feline rhino tracheitis, and panleukopenia (usually given in one combination shot), as well as emergency and extreme requirements such as accidents or unexpected infections and/or other health problems.      Absolutely NO FIP shot is to be given to this kitten. Vendor(s) are not responsible for any veterinary costs, once kitten(s) are released from the cattery. Kitten(s), (or cats once they are mature), are never to be "declawed", or "tattooed". Kitten(s) are not sold with guarantees of fertility when sold as a breeder. If the kitten purchased is "show quality", the purchaser may show the kitten, (cat, once matured) as a whole kitten (cat).   Vendor(s) can not guarantee show ability, given too many unpredictable factors, of a "show quality" feline(s).   Vendor(s) are not responsible for non-life-threatening conditions, such as Upper Respiratory Infection, fungus or other stress-related minor condition resulting from relocation stress. To the best of vendor(s) knowledge no conditions are present at the time of shipping/delivery and kitten(s) and cat(s) will be health certified by a licensed veterinary institution within 10 days of shipment by air.   Kitten(s) is guaranteed healthy and free from genetic or hereditary health problems for one year. Should the kitten(s) prove unhealthy or ill or should die due to complications from any serious genetic problem inherent to the breed or genetic line or hereditary makeup which is unknown at the time of sale, then the kitten originally purchased will be replaced with a kitten from another breeding line, which is non-related to the original. The purchaser of a "show quality" kitten agrees to attempt to maintain membership in the appropriate breed association -The Cat Fanciers' Association and to uphold and abide by the policies of that association. "Show quality" kitten(s) will be shown in recognized cat fancy sponsored shows, if and when the purchaser(s) are able to do so. An attempt to Grand Champion any such kitten(s), once they become adults, is expected. The purchaser(s) agree(s) to keep the kitten, (cat) indoors at all times unless in a carrier, on a leash and accompanied at all times by a competent handler, or in an escape-proof enclosure. The purchaser(s) agree(s) that San Diego, CA is the point of sale of origin, abiding by the State of California laws.
